Built in 2016, this completely self contained apartment sits atop a detached 3 car garage on a 20 acre wooded meadow that backs up against Lincoln Brook and the Green Mountain National Forest in Warren, VT.  The 1,000 sq/ft apartment is off a paved road and only 5 minutes to the Sugarbush ski resort.  Their are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with two twin beds.  The space is heavily insulated and energy efficient so keeping it warm and cozy on those cold Winter nights is easily done with a single Rinnai heater and the bathroom has radiant heat in the floor.  The full size washer and dryer are stacked neatly in the bathroom and the mudroom is on the first floor entry.  The mudroom also leads to the garage (not available for a car) where there is room to store all the gear.  The kitchen is a full galley kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, cooktop, oven  and refrigerator.  It comes complete with everything one would expect.  There is also a small work desk and comfortable chair next to the TV, as a lot more guests are working remote.

Weather cooperating, of coarse, there will be groomed sledding hills and possible ice skating.  Guests are also welcome to snow shoe and cross country ski in the meadow.

The house and apartment are about 100 feet apart and the orientation and floor plans of both buildings afford privacy while taking full advantage of the beautiful views. 

Plowing, Trash and Basic Utilities are all Included.
Internet Wifi is high speed fiber, 10mbps Up and Down, with higher speeds possible.
TV is a Roku device. Waitsfield Cable is possible.
No Landline phone service.  Guests use Wifi calling.  A landline from Waitsfield Telecom is also possible.

No more than 4 guests allowed.
